Facilitate working sessions to gather insights, needs, and requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders
- Create functional flows to visualize the user experience and partner with Product Managers to refine Features, providing a human-centered lens and design expertise for the proposed solution and its Acceptance Criteria
- Analyze insights and learnings from Generative Research to inform, evolve, and refine the target platform experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service design processes.
- Create conceptual design assets as needed depending on the solution ranging from user flows, functional flows, journeys, conceptual mock ups etc.
- Participate in feature creation, authoring for increased quality and hygiene
- Frame and tell the story of design solutions, explaining the teams thinking and rationale in a compelling way. Contribute to the communication of research findings, conceptual ideas, service strategy, service delivery, and implementation.
- Experience in at least 1 or 2 of the following areas and knowledge of the 3rd - design research, interaction design, and service design across varied users, business problems, and digital and physical touchpoints.
- Solid understanding and experience with Figma
- Workshopping experience creating activities, ancillary assets, and facilitation
- Qualitative research experience, synthesis of large data into human centered design insights
