- Weekdays: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Weekends: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Sushi Helper to join our Fujisan sushi kiosk team. The ideal candidate will assist with sushi preparation, maintain cleanliness in the work area, and help ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and rolling basic sushi items (e.g., California Roll, Spicy Tuna, Shrimp Tempura, etc.)
- Keep the prep area, tools, and equipment clean and organized at all times
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Support the sushi chef with restocking ingredients and packaging trays
- Provide friendly service and maintain a positive attitude with team members and customers
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pay taxes
- Must speak and understand English
- Basic knowledge of sushi rolls and kitchen cleaning procedures
- Positive, hardworking, and happy attitude
- Ability to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
Work Location: In person
