Front of House Team Member

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their food and beverage orders efficiently
• Operate POS systems for accurate order processing and cash register operations
• Prepare simple food items following safety and sanitation standards while maintaining a clean workspace
• Manage customer orders using food service customer order management techniques, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Handle cash transactions, process retail sales, and perform basic math calculations for change and totals
• Maintain food safety standards through proper handling and sanitation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments preferred but not require.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively
• Knowledge of POS systems is a plus; familiarity with cash handling and cashiering processes required
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately
