Job Purpose: This position is intended to take the lead position while performing all order entry activities for Imager, CR, NDT, and Synapse equipment, Parts, Film and Conventional products and communication of it to key personnel within and outside the Company.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enters orders for all products following J-SOX guidelines.
- Maintains weekly sales/commission reports.
- Works closely with the Installation Coordinators (ICs), OTR Specialists, and Channel Sales to correct order deficiencies or provide PODs.
- Interacts with the Material Planners on inventory issues, including releasing back-orders.
- Prepares manual invoices for international delivery through customs as needed.
- Processes Return Authorizations.
- Aids the Accounts Receivables Department with research and collection activities and issues.
- Ensures that the Company is in compliance with all U.S. and international export regulations and government mandated policies applicable to order processing rules.
- Prepares UCC filings.
- Performs special projects, tasks and studies as may be requested by management.
- Adheres to the Company's quality and regulatory compliance requirements, without exception, and ensures that all job duties inherent in the position description are performed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Comply with all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485 standard requirements and all other applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
Qualifications:
Experience
- Minimum three years of order entry experience.
- Experience with Salesforce.com, Lightning preferred.
- Experience working in a quality controlled and validated system a strong plus.
Educational Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Special Skills or Other Job Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of SAP preferred.
- Intermediate use of Microsoft Office and Google docs preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Presentation skills are a plus.
- Self-directed with high energy and motivation.
- Ability to achieve results and deliver on committed timelines and objectives.
- Proven ability to influence and build effective working relationships with customers, peers, and external providers.
Physical Requirements:
The position requires the ability to perform the following physical demands and/or have the listed capabilities:
