Role Description The Associate Clinical Specialist role is an on-site position based in Ann Arbor, MI. In this role, the team member supports clinical demonstrations, evaluations, and implementations of Fujifilm medical imaging and diagnostic solutions in healthcare settings. The Associate Clinical Specialist collaborates with clinical staff and internal teams to provide product training, assist with workflow optimization, and help address technical or clinical questions. Day-to-day responsibilities may include preparing demonstration equipment, supporting clinical trials or evaluations, documenting customer feedback, and assisting with presentations or educational sessions. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Fujifilm products, relevant clinical practices, and applicable regulatory or hospital requirements. This position works closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to help ensure successful adoption and consistent use of Fujifilm solutions.
Qualifications
- Clinical knowledge and experience in medical imaging, radiology, or related clinical environments, with the ability to understand clinical workflows and patient care priorities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clinicians, technical staff, and internal stakeholders.
- Technical aptitude and comfort with medical devices, imaging systems, or healthcare IT solutions, including the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple site visits, training sessions, and customer requests.
- Ability to work primarily on-site in Ann Arbor, MI, with potential travel to customer locations or training events as needed.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare, life sciences, or technical field (such as Radiologic Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a related discipline), or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in a clinical support, applications, or field-based role within medical devices or healthcare technology is preferred.
