Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and support warehouse team members to ensure all tasks are performed efficiently and accurately.
- Delegate daily responsibilities and establish clear expectations for performance.
- Monitor employee attendance, timekeeping, and overall productivity.
- Maintain positive team culture, addressing any conflicts or concerns in a professional manner.
- Promote and encourage site safety to associates.
- Report and correct any unsafe conditions or equipment within the facility.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in a team lead role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping/receiving procedures.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with (SAP) warehouse management system.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory requirements applicable to warehouse environments.
- Forklift certification.
- Ability to read English and perform basic math functions.
- Familiar with (SAP) warehouse management system
- Ability to lift 50 lbs .
- $26.50 - $28.25 ($55,000 - $58,760 annualized) depending on experience
