Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding customer service and memorable dining experiences.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, kitchen management, and front-of-house activities.
- Manage inventory control, food safety compliance, and quality assurance to uphold high standards.
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking.
- Supervise staff training, development, and performance evaluations to foster a skilled and motivated team.
- Handle shift management duties, including scheduling, staffing levels, and ensuring smooth service flow.
- Conduct profit and loss analysis to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction.
- Maintain strong customer relations by addressing feedback promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Implement food safety protocols in accordance with industry standards; oversee food handling and hygiene practices.
- Support catering, banquet, or bar services as needed to diversify revenue streams.
Skills
- Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management or casual dining environments.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
- Strong managerial communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficient in basic math for cash handling and inventory calculations.
- Demonstrated ability in supervising staff training & development, interviewing candidates, and managing hospitality teams.
- Expertise in food safety management, food handling procedures, and maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Skilled in budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and managing food & labor costs within a hospitality setting.
- Excellent leadership qualities with a focus on team management, shift oversight, and customer service excellence.
- Knowledge of catering operations or banquet services is a plus; experience in managing hospitality teams is highly valued.
