Job Summary
We are a new Sushi Restaurant seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, and assisting with menu selections.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist food and beverage orders accurately
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials, to enhance guest experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper presentation standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order preparation.
- Assist with cash handling, including processing payments accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred, especially in fine dining
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food handling practices, food safety regulations, and sanitation standards.
