Fuicelli & Lee is a plaintiff’s personal injury law firm dedicated to advocating for the seriously injured. We are seeking a strategic, innovative, and results-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing and growth initiatives. This person will play a critical role in shaping the firm’s brand presence, driving client acquisition, and positioning Fuicelli & Lee as a premier personal injury firm in Colorado.
The ideal candidate is both a visionary leader and a hands-on executor—skilled in digital and traditional advertising, data-driven strategy, and brand development. Importantly, this role requires direct management of all SEO and PPC campaigns in-house, not reliance on external agencies.
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with firm goals.
- Partner with attorneys, leadership, and intake to drive qualified client leads and conversions.
- Oversee brand reputation, public relations, and community presence.
- Create and manage the firm’s marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation for maximum ROI.
- Manage and evaluate relationships with select vendors, agencies, and media partners for non-SEO/PPC efforts.
- Identify and assess opportunities for market expansion.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
- Oversee media production, including video creation/editing, digital content, and creative assets.
Advertising & Brand Growth
- Lead multichannel advertising campaigns across TV, billboards, radio, social media, and digital.
- Ensure compliance with legal advertising rules while maintaining compelling, client-centered messaging.
- Oversee content marketing, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media.
- Drive brand-building efforts such as sponsorships, community outreach, and partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts and manage production relationships to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
Digital Marketing (SEO & PPC – Managed In-House)
- Directly manage all SEO strategy and execution, including site structure, content optimization, and technical SEO.
- Run, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms) directly in Google Ads.
- Continuously A/B test ads, landing pages, and campaigns to maximize lead generation and conversions.
- Report on campaign performance, trends, and ROI, making adjustments in real time.
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates, platform changes, and emerging digital marketing trends.
Data-Driven Marketing
- Optimize the firm’s website performance and lead generation funnel.
- Develop dashboards and reporting to track KPIs, including lead generation, conversion rates, and channel ROI.
- Regularly analyze market trends, competitor performance, and client demographics to inform strategy.
Community Engagement & Outreach
- Enhance the firm’s visibility through community partnerships, sponsorships, and charitable initiatives.
- Align marketing and outreach efforts with the firm’s values and mission.
Qualifications
- 7 years of senior-level marketing leadership experience (legal, professional services, or high-growth industries preferred).
- Proven success directly managing SEO and PPC campaigns in-house.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Google GA4 Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and digital campaign optimization.
- Demonstrated success managing budgets and optimizing marketing ROI.
- Strong experience in brand management and multichannel advertising.
- Track record of managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations (non-SEO/PPC).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Hands-on execution style with high attention to detail.
