What You'll Do
- Travel to customer homes and businesses using the Fugate Ford Mobile Service van to perform on-site repairs and maintenance
- Complete scheduled services, recalls, diagnostics, and software updates in the field
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds lasting satisfaction and loyalty
- Plan and prepare each day's appointments with professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinate with Parts and Service Advisors to manage workflow and keep customers informed
- Document all services and repairs accurately on repair orders
- Stay current with Ford technical service bulletins and complete required training
- Operate and maintain the Mobile Service van safely and responsibly
- Adapt to varying work environments and weather conditions with a professional demeanor
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of professional automotive experience in a dealership or high-volume shop
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional appearance
- High level of organization and time management — able to self-direct daily workflow
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work comfortably in changing outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
