Design, program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems
Support automation integration across processing, packaging, and conveying systems
Configure and troubleshoot VFDs, servo systems, instrumentation, and process controls
Integrate OEM equipment into plant-wide automation systems
Lead controls-related activities for capital projects from design through commissioning
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve system reliability
Support FAT/SAT, system validation, documentation, and change management
Collaborate with OEMs, system integrators, contractors, and cross-functional teams
Drive automation improvements, standardization, and operational excellence initiatives

5 years of Controls Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
Rockwell / Allen-Bradley PLCs
FactoryTalk, Wonderware, HMI & SCADA systems
Industrial networking and communication protocols
VFDs, Servo Systems, Instrumentation & Process Controls
Electrical schematics, control panel design, and commissioning
Experience supporting high-speed automated manufacturing equipment
