We are seeking a hands-on Controls Engineer with strong expertise in OMRON PLCs, Keyence vision systems, and NX servo drives to support custom automation and special machinery projects. This role spans from concept through commissioning and troubleshooting in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


๐—ž๐—ฒ๐˜† ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ฏ๐—ถ๐—น๐—ถ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐˜€:

โ€ข Troubleshoot complex automated machinery and control systems on the shop floor

โ€ข Work extensively with OMRON PLCs, HMIs, and NX servo drives

โ€ข Support and optimize Keyence vision and laser systems

โ€ข Debug safety circuits, relays, and safety controllers (SICK)

โ€ข Contribute to electrical design (schematics, layouts using AutoCAD)

โ€ข Program PLC/HMI using FBD, Ladder Logic, and Structured Text

โ€ข Configure industrial networks (EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, IO-Link, RS232/485)

โ€ข Collaborate on new machine concepts, controls architecture, and component selection

โ€ข Support commissioning, integration, and customer discussions


๐— ๐˜‚๐˜€๐˜-๐—›๐—ฎ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ ๐—ฆ๐—ธ๐—ถ๐—น๐—น๐˜€:

โ€ข Strong experience with OMRON PLCs, HMIs, and Sysmac platform

โ€ข Hands-on with OMRON NX servo drives

โ€ข Experience with Keyence vision systems (XG series) & laser systems

โ€ข Strong troubleshooting skills for automated machinery

โ€ข Experience with industrial communication protocols

โ€ข Experience with Siemens PLCs (basic troubleshooting)

โ€ข Knowledge of safety standards (NFPA 79, ISO, ANSI/RIA)

โ€ข Experience with robotics, flexible manufacturing, or packaging systems

โ€ข Electrical design experience (AutoCAD/AutoCAD Electrical)

โ€ข Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
