The Opportunity
As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll own and grow a multi-state territory serving both public sector and private enterprise fleets. You’ll work directly with fleet directors, operations executives, and procurement officers, serving as a trusted advisor who connects operational challenges with technology-driven solutions.

What You’ll Do
- Drive revenue growth by owning the full sales cycle - prospecting, demos, proposals, RFPs, and closing new business.
- Develop and execute a territory plan focused on key verticals: construction, utilities, transportation, and government fleets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through strategic prospecting, trade show participation, and channel partnerships.
- Leverage AI-enabled sales tools (CRM automation, prospecting intelligence, and analytics) to increase efficiency and engagement quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Support and Product teams to ensure alignment, strong handoffs, and a superior customer experience.
- Lead high-impact product demos that shows value and how FuelForce delivers measurable ROI and operational visibility.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Represent FuelForce at trade shows, association events, and cooperative purchasing expos.
- Maintain strong, daily CRM discipline and accurate forecasting using Pipedrive CRM.
What You Bring
- 5 years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience in fleet, fuel, telematics, or asset management.
- Proven success selling to both public and private fleet organizations, navigating procurement cycles and ROI-driven buying processes.
- Familiarity with RFP processes and cooperative purchasing contracts (e.g., Sourcewell, GSA).
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working with minimal supervision while maintaining strong internal communication.
- Coachable, process-driven, and adaptable - able to embrace change, learn new tools, and evolve with shifting customer and market demands.
