Are you an agency-proven Project Manager who thrives on operational precision and keeping creative work on track?
FUEL is a boutique, 100% female-owned brand-building agency based in Greenville, SC. Over the past 15 years, we have launched 97 brands, won 36 AAF awards, and provided 19 community grants. We partner with mid-market firms and growing SMBs, applying our proprietary methodology—The Brand Foundation™—to guide brand strategy, identity design, website UX, and digital marketing execution.
We are seeking a tech-forward, mid-career Creative Agency Project Manager based in the Greenville, SC area to own our operational engine room. This role draws a clean line between Project Management and Account Management, enabling Account Managers to focus on strategy and client growth while you own project schedules, resources, and delivery. You will act as an operational architect with full backing from agency leadership to design processes, implement AI/automations, and maintain Basecamp as our central source of truth.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• 3–5 years of dedicated project management experience within a creative agency, branding boutique, or digital marketing agency.
• Hands-on mastery of Basecamp (or platforms like Monday.com/Asana) with experience building complex task dependencies to manage client projects.
• An automation mindset; enthusiasm for software integrations, digital shortcuts, and leveraging AI technologies to optimize workflows.
• Assertive communication skills and natural comfort managing scope creep, driving team accountability, and keeping timelines on schedule.
LOCATION & WORK SCHEDULE:
• Location: Greenville, SC (hybrid work from office and home)
• Generally Available Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
