Job Duties:
- Operate equipment according to established production standards and procedures to produce a quality product while following standardized work and safety guidelines.
- Actively participate in quality circle meetings and kaizen programs.
- Communicate effectively to Team Leader all production issues and concerns.
- Work in a team environment
- Assist other departments and other department personnel.
- Support ISO activities as required.
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Aptitude to operate machinery.
- Ability to perform job functions while standing for prolonged periods of time.
- Work with others
- Dependability and excellent attendance history
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds on a routine basis.
- Ability to work all shifts.
