Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing wholesale clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Identify new sales opportunities within the wholesale fuel market and actively pursue prospective clients
- Present product information, pricing, and service options clearly and professionally
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate fuel products and services based on their specific needs
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of fuel orders
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions to enhance their experience
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends for strategic planning
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting wholesale fuel sales
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within the fuel or energy industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to understand technical product details and convey them effectively to clients
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and develop new business opportunities
