IT Support Specialist

📍 Culver City, Los Angeles, CA (Onsite)

6-month contract with the opportunity to convert to full-time

We're partnering with a fast-paced team looking to add an IT Support Specialist who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and keeping office technology running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of IT support experience who's looking to grow their career in a collaborative environment with exposure to the latest AI tools and enterprise technologies.

A few highlights:

• Wednesday–Sunday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)

• Hands-on environment supporting both Windows and Mac users

• Work with modern IT tools and technologies while supporting a variety of infrastructure projects

What you'll do:

• Provide Tier 1/2 support for onsite and remote employees

• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, hardware, networking, printers, and AV equipment

• Support office technology, conference rooms, live events, and regional offices

• Manage user accounts, devices, and access through Active Directory and Google Workspace

• Assist with IT projects, documentation, procurement, and inventory

• Partner with internal teams to deliver an excellent employee support experience

What we're looking for:

• 1 years of hands-on IT support or desktop support experience

• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments

• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, networking, and user support

• Familiarity with Active Directory and Google Workspace/IAM

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and enjoys helping others

Experience with VMware Workspace ONE, CompTIA certifications, or networking technologies like Cisco, Aruba, or Palo Alto is a plus, but not required.
