As a Store Manager, you'll oversee the performance of the retail store which include:
- Manage daily retail operations including inventory and loss prevention, staff scheduling and cash control
- Promote sales and suggest new products
- Ensure team members provide exceptional service and complete assigned duties
- Interview, hire, mentor and educate associates
- Keep a clean and safe work environment
What you need:
- Successful experience in retail sales
- Solid leading skills
- Customer management skills
- Strong organization skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience from other convenient/retail stores is a plus
