Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting across a variety of departments, including Marketing, E-commerce, Creative, Design, Operations, Customer Experience, Product, and Corporate functions.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, enjoys building processes from the ground up, and is passionate about connecting great people with meaningful career opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting through offer acceptance.
- Partner closely with the hiring manager to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team goals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, administer case studies, and coordinate the interview process.
- Maintain clear and timely candidate communication throughout the hiring journey.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the process.
- Manage multiple open roles simultaneously while maintaining high hiring standards.
Qualifications
- 3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
