Bartender – Opening Team

Average Take-Home: $25 /hr (pooled tips)
Status: Part-time & Full-time
Location: Downtown Dover
FUEGO is a new bar & live music venue opening soon, and we’re building our opening bar team. We’re looking for experienced bartenders who can handle high-volume service, stay sharp under pressure, and keep drinks moving when the music is loud and the room is full.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine efficiently
- Handle high-volume service during live music and peak hours
- Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency behind the bar
- Work closely with servers and support staff to keep service flowing
- Manage tabs and POS accurately
- Keep the bar clean, stocked, and guest-ready
What We’re Looking For
- Prior bartending experience required
- High-volume or nightlife experience strongly preferred
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills
- Calm under pressure, professional, and reliable
