Responsibilities

- Process sales through the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively upsell to customers.
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving any issues that arise.
- Supervise junior staff members when necessary, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or cashier roles is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in processing transactions.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash register operations.
