Team Member (includes cashier/baker/cook)
As a crew member at Fuddruckers, you must be a professional, personable, master in menu knowledge, know the current promotions, and offer all of this to every guest without fail.
- Positions include Cashier, Guest Service Ambassador, Clean Team Associate, Prep, and Butcher.
- If you like flexible hours and good pay where you can see and meet new friends, then this is the job for you!
- 16 years old.
- Demonstrates basic math skills.
- Ability to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the restaurant's trading area.
- Must possess excellent guest service and verbal communication skills.
- Outgoing personality.
- Comfortable suggesting items to guests.
- Must maintain a positive and upbeat attitude.
- Professional appearance is required (uniform standards).
- Ability to count back change.
- Problem solver that has the ability to adapt and overcome.
- Ability to multitask.
- Must be a team player with a high sense of urgency.
- Ability to cross-train in other areas as needed.
