Cashier Job Description
Fuddruckers is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic shift lead to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, strong leadership skills, and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and supervising a team during assigned shift
- Assisting the Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant
- Managing and training staff to provide excellent customer service
- Setting and achieving sales and profit targets
- Monitoring and maintaining inventory and supply levels
- Handling customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Participating in marketing and promotional activities
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Creating and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Preparing financial reports and analyzing data to make informed business decisions
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage and train staff
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Passion for the food industry and a desire to learn and grow
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong creative skills and ability to think out of the box
