Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Relationship Management
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the corporate events space.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and hotel partners.
- Develop and grow key accounts through strategic relationship-building and ongoing engagement.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
- Move beyond cold calling by cultivating long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the event lifecycle.
- Understand client goals and translate them into successful event programs.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships that drive retention and referrals.
- Actively participate in event planning, logistics, and execution.
- Collaborate closely with internal Creative and Operations teams.
- Support and, at times, help operate programs on-site to ensure seamless delivery.
- Contribute to the overall success and profitability of events through hands-on involvement.
- Present company capabilities, services, and creative concepts to prospective and existing clients.
- Lead client-facing presentations, pitches, and meetings with confidence and professionalism.
- Partner with internal Creative and Operations teams, who develop proposals and pricing, to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Communicate client goals and feedback clearly to internal teams to support strong, tailored proposals.
- Help position programs strategically to align with client objectives and business goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experienced in event sales, event management, client management, or a related field.
- Brings a strong understanding of corporate events and experiential programs.
- A relationship-driven professional who excels at building trust with clients, vendors, and hoteliers.
- Comfortable balancing sales strategy with operational execution.
- Highlyorganized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
- Energetic, polished, and passionate about delivering high-impact experiences.
- 2 years of experience in DMC (Destination Management Company), event sales, event management, or client management.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.
- Experience working with corporate events, hospitality groups, or related industries preferred.
- Established relationships within the Las Vegas hospitality, hotel, or event community.
- Strong network of clients, vendors, and industry partners.
- Experience operating events or programs on-site.
- A reputation for delivering exceptional client experiences and building lasting partnerships.
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (in-office required; remote work only for pre-approved days or special circumstances).
- Full-time, salaried position starting at $70,000 annually, plus bonus, based on experience.
