Day Spa Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Part-Time Day Spa Attendant to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our spa and providing an exceptional experience for our clients. This position is for every Saturdy, Sunday and Monday 11-3pm

Key Responsibilities:

1. Folding Laundry: Responsible for washing, drying, folding, and organizing towels and spa linens to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

2. Answering Phones: Respond to incoming calls in a professional manner, addressing inquiries about services, treatments, and pricing.

3. Making Appointments: Schedule appointments for clients, ensuring accurate records are maintained and providing confirmation details as necessary.

4. Customer Service: Greet clients warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in/check-out procedures, and provide information about spa services and products.

5. Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure that all areas of the spa, including treatment rooms, waiting areas, and bathrooms, are kept clean and organized.

6. Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and ordering supplies as needed to ensure the spa is fully stocked.

7. Support Spa Staff: Assist therapists and other spa staff as needed, fostering a cooperative and efficient team environment.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.

- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

- Job may require physical activity, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
