FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 per year, but actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.
Your Responsibilities
Administer online customer billing, ensuring invoices are generated accurately and submitted through customer portals.
Review and resolve sales orders placed on billing block by identifying issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and releasing orders for timely processing.
Manage customer collections by monitoring AR aging reports, following up directly with customers on overdue balances, and working with Sales to resolve disputes and reduce past due accounts.
Monitor Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and Past Due Balances to evaluate collection performance, highlight trends, and support working capital improvement initiatives.
Provide backup support for cash application by posting payments, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring proper allocation of customer remittances.
Assist with additional responsibilities and special projects, including process improvements, audits, and cross-departmental initiatives to strengthen credit and collections operations.
Qualifications We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
5 + years’ experience.
SAP/S4 Hana, Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills, Power BI a plus.
Must have a flexible schedule to accommodate monthly, quarterly, and annual deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
