Role Description
This is a on-site role for an Opening Lead at Fubatea in El Paso, TX, USA. Must be available for mornings, from 10am to 5pm.
As a Opening Lead for Fubatea, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store, focusing on the opening duties of starting the store. You will lead the team providing guidance, support and fostering a positive work environment. The responsibilities will include:
- Team Leadership: Lead other employees, providing training, coaching and ongoing development to ensure a high level of customer service and operational excellence.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing of the store, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. implement and enforce standard operation procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Customer Experience: Uphold our commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience. Engaging with customers, addressing concerns and contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of Fubatea.
- Quality Control: Ensure the quality of tea brewing and preparation, adherence to recipes, and consistency with every cup served. Monitor and maintain equipment to meet our high standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team leads and employees to coordinate efforts and contribute to the overall success of Fubatea.

Qualifications
- Food Handler's Certificate
- Proven experience in a leadership role in the food or beverage industry
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
