About the Position: Incumbent plans and accomplishes work to include research development, acquisition and implement of simulation programs and upgrades based on policy and regulation. Incumbent will work closely with command leadership and informs them on status of projects.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that demonstrates a practical knowledge of the subject area of the position and of the methods and techniques of instruction, which includes 1)Develop effective training plans, 2) instruct and evaluate military personnel on individual ability as an aviator, 3) perform supervisor duties such as supervise, schedule planning, and performance management.This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service GS 11 or above.
