Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service as a cashier and barista

- Operate POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Manage cash register transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card processing, and balancing tills at shift end
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas
- Follow food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and hygiene
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks and restocking supplies to support smooth café operations
Skills
- Proven experience as a barista or in food service, with strong coffee-making skills preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems for sales transactions
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service
