In this role, you’ll be the vital link between our warehouse, transportation partners, and customers—ensuring shipments go out on time, inventory stays accurate, and service stays exceptional.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipment schedules to meet customer deadlines
- Communicate with customers and carriers to ensure smooth deliveries
- Accurately enter and maintain order and shipping data
- Update customer portals with shipment confirmations and tracking
- Prepare shipping documents like Bills of Lading and ASNs
- Resolve shipment issues quickly and professionally
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Follow inventory and shipping procedures to maintain accuracy
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and efficient
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math and computer skills (Excel, email, data entry)
- Self-starter with sharp attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
- Primarily office-based with extended periods of sitting
