Qualified candidates will have:
- 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef, Restaurant manager in a well-rated, relevant, and busy restaurants in the Greater Philadelphia, DC , NYC Markets
- Prior experience training and mentoring a diverse hourly back-of-house team
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, especially fine dinning cuisine
- Highly desired; Associate degree from a culinary focused university
- Understanding of cost optimization, ordering, and vendor management
- Willingness and eagerness to support hourly staff on the line when needed
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
