The Excellerate Supplier Quality Technician focuses on our None Conforming Material process, leading improvement efforts and assisting team members.

Minimum Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: at least 6 months of experience within manufacturing or construction environment

Travel: 0-10%, based on company need

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6AM and 6PM, Monday- Friday. Overtime may be required. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages the None Conforming Material (NCM) process and leads the Material Review Board.
• Leads NCM issues dispositioned as Supplier (Return to Vendor).
• Manage and monitor the NCM Smartsheet to ensure proper and timely disposition of NCMs.
• Identify NCM trends for continuous improvement.
• Collaborates with all aspects of the business to ensure timely disposition of NCMs.
• Audits NCM area to ensure data accuracy by ensuring physical presence of items.
• Leads and manages the supplier corrective action process (SCAR) for repeat nonconformance.
• Identifies and manages supplier nonconforming issues in BIM.
• Manage Supplier Quality Scorecard and recommends corrections.
• Actively participates in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
