As we expand, we are seeking a high performing Dental Laboratory Manager, with hands-on experience with Crown and Bridge, Implants, and Partial and Dentures.

Job Description:
· Ensure productivity and quality goals by monitoring production, problem-solving production issues and employee motivation/engagement
· Ensure high standards of performance and have a clear understanding of their own individual performance
· Monitor and coordinate all dental laboratory operations along with supervision of technicians
· Assist staff to resolve complex problems
· Oversee work schedule for staff
Preferred Skills:
· Strong analog and digital workflow skill set
· Solid understanding of dental lab terminology and procedures
· Strong communication, attention to detail, and team leadership mindset
· Manage implant component procurement, ensuring accurate ordering of specific model analogs, abutments, and hardware.
· Design implant-supported restorations using advanced dental CAD software
Crown and Bridge
· Advance knowledge on ceramics, ability to create a patient’s custom shade, and use information for case design during fabrication process
· Knowledge of CAD/CAM design and milling
· Full arch implant knowledge and understanding Multi-Unit Abutment and components
· Implant manufacture knowledge and understanding of different implant platforms and scan bodies
· Prefer 3shape and iTero design experience
· Abutment design and tissue design for ideal restoration outcomes
· Responsible for producing the esthetics that our customers have come to expect
· Responsible for building, contouring, and glazing of high end anterior and posterior restorations including PFM, Emax, Zirconia and implant restorations
· Start-to-finish proficiency in Ceramics: build-up, grind-in, contour and full anatomy
· Ability to produce artistic, esthetic, and consistent, high-quality porcelain work for smile design cases
Partial and Denture
· Model Preparation: Pouring dental plaster or stone into impressions to create accurate master models of patients' mouths
· Proven experience fabricating removable prosthetics. Ability to match the natural shade, shape, and arrangement of teeth for a lifelike appearance
· Arranging artificial teeth in wax, contouring "gums", finishing and processing the final appliance in acrylic
· Designing and casting metal or resin frameworks and bending wire clasps for retention
· Processing & Finishing: Packing, curing, and "boiling out" wax; followed by trimming and polishing the final prosthesis to a high-gloss finish
· Repairs: Repairing broken teeth or cracked denture bases
· Test appliances on articulators to ensure proper occlusion and alignment
· Proficient with hand tools (Bunsen burners, lathes, grinders) and lab equipment
Experience/Education Qualifications:
· Prefer seven (7) years of Dental Lab experience
· Prefer five (3-5) years of managerial experience
