About the Role

We are involved in complex, global and high-profile litigation, arbitration and investigations combining end-to-end risk advisory, investigative and disputes expertise to deliver holistic solutions for our clients.

What You’ll Do

• Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel at the Team Lead level.
• Manages activities of two or more teams or departments. Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, division and and/or customers. Responsible for managing organizational and/or contractual project budgets.
• Manages projects in a complex environment, ensures retention of key clients and uses in-depth industry knowledge and experience to identify/deliver innovative solutions for the client.
• Develops specific marketing plans and activities.
• Leads major proposals. Develops relationships and identifies opportunities that lead to significant sales or referrals.
• Acts as role model for mentoring, coaching, and learning.
• Actively facilitates development in client or project setting, as well as through formal learning experiences.
• Actively contributes to successful recruitment of candidates and retention of existing team members.
• Works with various practice leaders to facilitate cross-functional teams to address complex client needs or opportunities.
• Works to ensure a quality product, as well as delivery of all work within established timeframes
• Maintain professional image within the firm and project same to those outside the firm
