What are the responsibilities and job description for the As Needed Senior Director position at FTI Consulting Careers?
As Needed Senior Director will assist health care clients with matters related to regulatory and operational compliance. This work will include the development and implementation of compliance programs. This work may be done in a proactive manner as part of internal or external due diligence as well as in reaction to government investigations or enforcement actions. This work typically involves reviews of key compliance program documentation, targeted auditing and monitoring activities, and compliance program stakeholder interviews with both compliance program leadership and “consumers” of compliance programs to perform a comprehensive and well-rounded assessment of the effectiveness of organizations’ compliance programs.
