Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Commercial Real Estate Agent role based in Orange, CA, with flexibility for some work from home. The agent will prospect and cultivate new client relationships, focusing on owners, investors, and tenants across retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and underwriting listings and off-market opportunities, preparing marketing materials, conducting property tours, and coordinating leasing or sales negotiations. The role involves performing market research and financial analyses, preparing valuation and investment summaries, and collaborating with the team to develop brand-integrated marketing strategies for properties. The agent will manage transactions from initial engagement through closing, ensuring clear communication and a professional, client-centered experience.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Commercial Real Estate, including familiarity with retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use assets.
- Active Real Estate License in California (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe).
- Experience in Brokerage activities such as listing, leasing, tenant representation, and investment sales.
- Proven track record in Real Estate Sales, including prospecting, pipeline management, and deal negotiation.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client service skills.
- Ability to analyze market data, financials, and investment metrics (e.g., cap rates, cash flow, ROI).
- Comfort with digital tools, CRM platforms, and marketing technology; content-driven marketing experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple deals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
