As an Experienced Copier/Printer Service Technician, you would shine as you multitask and manage a full customer workload. You will be responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office product equipment while promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with our service and products.
What you will do:
- Service printer/copier products with minimum assistance
- Troubleshoot basic printing issues, able to determine printer vs network issues.
- Able to install scanning and equipment in a peer-to-peer environment.
- Manage inventory to company's specifications.
- Maintain car, tool kit, and supplies.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and employees.
- Provide sales support, including advising sales about problems or sales leads.
- Maintain professional appearances.
- Maximizing equipment uptime through timely repair
- Engaging the customer to assure satisfaction.
- Managing time to be most effective
Who we are looking for:
- Prior experience in maintaining and repairing copiers/printers (Canon, Konica Minolta, and Ricoh is preferred; HP and Lexmark experience is a plus)
- Ability to troubleshoot and think independently
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude, and demonstrated skills
- Computer and analytical skills with knowledge of basic networking
- High School Diploma required
- An electronics or Computer associate’s degree is preferred
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds. Pull, lift, reach, and transport equipment parts and boxes
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license issued in your state of residence, a clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle
