This role oversees day-to-day operational activities related to MDU fiber and telecom deployment, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating field teams and subcontractors to ensure timely, safe, and quality delivery. The Operations Manager will manage site progress, monitor performance metrics, and resolve operational issues while maintaining compliance with company standards, safety policies, and client requirements. Responsibilities include collaborating with project managers, engineering, and corporate teams, optimizing workflows, managing budgets and resources, and preparing regular status reports and documentation. The role also involves stakeholder communication, supporting risk mitigation, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and service delivery within the MDU portfolio.
