Dubai, United Kingdom and Ireland.JOB OVERVIEW This position is responsible for supporting the technical activities involved in the maintenance and operation of CFM engines. The primary responsibility will be to assist in the management of engines while they are being repaired. The role will require a dedicated and reliable individual with a base level of knowledge of jet engine operation and maintenance with opportunity to grow within the role and take on further responsibility as more experience is developed. The primary responsibility will be to assist in the management of engines in maintenance. The role is based in office 5 days a week.Responsibilities:Assist in the management of engines while they are being repairedAssist with work-scoping including work instructions, configuration management, and deviation approvals Monitor completion status of engines throughout the MRO network for accurate planning Interact with customers, vendors and management to support technical inquiries Ensure all modules and materials are maintained to strict KPIs and high-quality standards On-wing troubleshooting to assist with lessee technical issues and keep engines flying Respond promptly to technical inquiries from customers, shop personnel and management Strong interpersonal communication skills with ability to build working relationships with all colleaguesWillingness to travel to external MROs to perform engine reviews and table inspectionsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical disciplineLegally authorized to live and work in the UKExperience in the aviation industry in engineering or technical rolePrior CFM engine maintenance experience with an airline, maintenance repair organization (MRO), leasing company, or Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is strongly preferredProven experience working with technical documentation including contracts, manuals, work-scopes, and specificationsAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic shop environment Demonstrated ability to work effectively with complex details and high attention to detail.Proficiency with MS Office Suite (particularly Excel and Word) and ability to quickly adapt to new toolsSuperior analytical, quantitative and communication (both oral and written) skills in EnglishMust have strong drive and initiative with ability to balance multiple tasks
Salary : $183,300 - $211,800
