Now Hiring: Shop Helpers
Fabrication Shop – Stafford, TX
We are currently seeking experienced Shop Helpers to support our industrial fabrication operations. This position is ideal for individuals who are hands-on, dependable, and capable of working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced shop environment.
Pay
$18.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience and skill level)
Experience
2–3 years minimum preferred
Schedule
- Base hours: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Hours are subject to change based on workload
- Overtime required
- Weekend work may be required
Required Experience & Skills
Candidates should have experience in at least 2–3 of the following:
- Pipe beveling (manual and/or machine)
- Torch cutting
- Plasma cutting
- Saw operation (band saw, cold saw, etc.)
- Rigging and material handling
- Overhead crane operation
- Forklift operation
- Ironworker operation
- Grinding for weld prep and cleanup
- Basic tacking
General Requirements
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety procedures and job specifications
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in an industrial fabrication environment
- General understanding of fabrication processes and shop equipment
Preferred
- Experience in a pipe fabrication shop
- Familiarity with industrial tools and layout practices
