As our Group Sales Coordinator, you’ll be at the center of the action supporting group bookings, special events, and a variety of experiences across the property. From coordinating hotel blocks to organizing special events, you’ll help deliver the kind of high energy hospitality that keeps guests coming back.
Qualifications:Under general supervision of the Director of Sales, responsible for the initiation of group and/or transient sales activities and booking of same from existing and potential accounts, lead generation, new business generation. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of two years previous experience in sales support, customer service, administrative work, or a hospitality setting. Strong communication skills. Proficient with standard office software, ability to manage schedules and spreadsheets, and able to learn CRM or reservation systems. Availability and willingness to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as business requires. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California. Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred.
