Duties
- Operate shuttle vans, passenger vans, or other authorized vehicles to transport clients, staff, along predefined local routes.
- Ensure adherence to all traffic laws, state transportation regulations, and company policies during every trip.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing friendly and professional customer service throughout the journey.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, perform basic maintenance checks, and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Use GPS navigation systems to follow optimized routes efficiently while adjusting for traffic or road conditions.
- Communicate clearly with dispatchers, clients, and team members to coordinate schedules and address any route changes or delays.Requirements
- Proven experience as a delivery driver, bus driver, shuttle driver, or in similar passenger vehicle operation roles.
- Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type (e.g., CDL for larger vehicles or chauffeur license if applicable).
- Strong knowledge of local driving routes, GPS navigation tools, and traffic regulation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer servi
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance routines and basic troubleshooting skills.
- A clean driving record with adherence to all safety standards and transportation laws.
