Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that suit their needs, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Provide detailed product information, highlighting features and benefits to encourage purchase decisions
- Process transactions accurately using cash handling and cashiering procedures, including cash management and basic math calculations
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to inform and assist customers effectively
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment, product displays, and organized merchandising
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty
- Use CRM systems efficiently for sales processing and record keeping
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Basic math skills.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves or organizing displays
- Knowledge of financial services or banking experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Familiarity with sales techniques, loan processing, or retail math will be advantageous
- A proactive attitude with a passion for helping customers and achieving sales goals
- Bilingual is preferred but not required
This is a position where you will have the ability to make 100k a year, we are a family most of our Sales Associates have been with us for more than 2 years, we want driven money hungry individuals to be part of our family, we have plenty growing opportunities for the right people, all promotions are made from within.
This is a Commission based position but we offer a base salary (not a draw) .
