Job Overview

Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established processes.
• Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
• Assist with inventory management by stocking supplies and monitoring ingredient levels.
• Handle cash register operations and cash handling responsibilities when necessary.
• Utilize phone etiquette to take orders or respond to customer inquiries effectively.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.
• Proficiency in cash register operations and cash handling is advantageous.
