Job Description
- Partner directly with portfolio managers and research analysts to understand portfolio analytics, risk, performance, and investment decision-making workflows.
- Lead analysis for portfolio analysis initiatives and platform enhancements, translating complex investor needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead end-to-end analysis for complex initiatives spanning multiple systems, including investment data, analytics, and user experience.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product teams to evaluate solution approaches, tradeoffs, and implementation impacts.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders by facilitating discussions between investment professionals and technology teams.
- Support delivery from concept through release, including solution design reviews, testing, and rollout readiness.
- Identify opportunities to enhance investor workflows, improve analytical capabilities, and increase platform usability and performance based on direct investor feedback.
- Drive high‑quality Agile practices, including well‑formed epics and user stories, clear acceptance criteria, backlog readiness, and active participation in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with portfolio managers, research analysts, or investment teams.
- Experience working on investment analytics platforms supporting portfolio analysis, risk, or performance.
- Working familiarity with Python, SQL and data analysis tools.
- Experience with AI-enabled tooling ecosystems (e.g. Copilot) and adoption patterns
