Residential Field Sales Representative

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Residential Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role you will be engaging directly with homeowners to identify their needs and present tailored solutions. Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales activities by visiting residential neighborhoods with a team and engaging potential customers face-to-face.
• Identify new business opportunities through lead generation strategies such as cold calling, door-to-door outreach, and community networking.
• Manage assigned territories efficiently by planning routes, tracking customer interactions, and maintaining detailed records using our CRM software.
• Develop strong relationships with homeowners by providing exceptional customer service, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions.
• Present product features and benefits clearly during demos, upselling where appropriate to maximize sales opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the management team to analyze market trends, develop territory strategies, and optimize sales performance across your designated area.

Experience

• Proven experience in sales with a focus on direct customer engagement.
• Strong skills in negotiation, analysis, and product demonstrations that drive conversions.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation techniques including cold calling and inside sales
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and deliver compelling presentations.

Pay: $48,612.30 - $100,000.00 per year
