- Renew existing partnership agreements and identify upsell/expansion opportunities within current accounts
- Structure and close larger, enterprise-level deals spanning multiple schools or districts
- Partner with the General Manager of Sales to develop strategy and bring in larger, multi-stakeholder deals
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners, tracking activity and forecasting accurately in CRM
- Develop tailored partnership proposals and sponsorship packages that align with partner goals and FSM Sports' offerings
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention

- Demonstrated success managing and growing a book of business, including renewals and account expansion
- Experience selling or negotiating larger, multi-stakeholder or enterprise-level deals
- Strong prospecting and pipeline management skills; comfortable with outbound sales motion
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales leadership and internal teams to close complex deals
- Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline tracking and forecasting
- Self-starter who is comfortable operating with a degree of autonomy in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel for partner meetings and industry events as needed
Compensation:
