The Role
We are seeking a Junior Architect / Architectural Drafter to join our Boston-area team in a full-time, on-site role. This position is ideal for someone early in their architectural career who is eager to gain hands-on experience working on residential and commercial projects alongside one of Boston's most respected architects.
The right candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and excited to contribute to a wide range of building projects from concept through documentation. You'll have real exposure to the full life of a project and direct mentorship from senior staff — an ideal foundation for building your career in architecture.
What You'll Do
- Prepare architectural drawings and construction documentation.
- Produce drawings under the direction of senior staff.
- Assist with design development and permit sets.
- Collaborate on residential and commercial projects throughout the Boston area.
- Support revisions, redlines, and project coordination.
- Help maintain drawing standards and document quality.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related design field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (preferred).
- Strong drafting, documentation, and technical drawing skills.
- Interest in residential and commercial architecture.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior architects and project teams in a fast-paced design environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Prior internship or professional experience in an architecture office is a plus.
