Customer Service/Sales Support - First Shift

FSIP Electronics invites you to join our proud team in Carlisle, PA. We manufacturer and remanufacture electronics for numerous electric vehicle and equipment markets.

Our Sales Support position is first shift, Monday – Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm and is located at our facility in Carlisle, PA. This position starts at $19.00/hour. Our Sales Support team members handle many types of interactions with FSIP customers including phone calls, emails, and live chats. We assist customers with part number inquiries, providing quotes, and creating orders. Basic Duties:

• Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Make sales recommendations and upsell to customers on products being quoted/sold
• Efficiently enter accurate quotes/orders
• Document customer interactions in ERP (Epicor10)
• Communicate and work effectively within a team and independently
• Handle a fast paced, changing environment
• Work closely with our Quality/Technical Support department

Skills/Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Effective communicator that is comfortable interacting with customers and our internal team members
• Problem solving skills required
• Active listening skills required
• Dedicated to providing superior customer service
• Able to talk on the phone and type accurately – Computer proficient
• Able to switch between tasks easily
• Dependable
