The responsibilities for the Purchasing Associate is to support the procurement function by preparing and processing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services. This role maintains accurate purchasing records, monitors order status, resolves procurement-related issues, and supports efficient supply chain operations. Qualifications and Duties:
- Prepare, review, and issue purchase orders and requisitions in accordance with company policies and procurement requirements.
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers to ensure accurate order placement, resolve issues, and maintain effective business relationships.
- Monitor open purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier information, and purchasing documentation in company systems.
